Each policy is individually underwritten but the majority of our
carriers include claims-made form, worldwide coverage, no punitive
damages exclusion [where allowed by law], various deductible options
and flexible coverage for personal injury exposures.

Our average minimum premium is $2500. for $1,000,000.
Our average minimum deductible is $2500. for each wrongful act.
Some Optional Coverages that some of our carriers may be able to
provide are:
- Contingent BI/PD

- Infringement of trademark
- Multiyear policy up to 3 years
- Claim expense outside the limit
- Split limits for each wrongful act/total limit of insurance
- Prior acts coverage
- Claims brought outside the US
